Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre is conveniently located in Waverley Park, Bondi Junction. The centre is a popular community and recreation hub that offers state-of-the-art sporting facilities. The Reef Room is located on the upper level of Bronte Surf Club and offers 180’ degrees sweeping ocean views. There is access to two balconies that offers park and ocean views. Seating capacity for 150 people comfortably.

The church showcases a blend of Romanesque and Renaissance architectural styles. The facade includes twin towers, a narthex, and a pillared portico. Internally, the church is adorned with seven large murals by Italian artist Cesare Vagarini, depicting the Franciscan Crown of the Seven Joys of Our Lady. Funerals are held at Mary Immaculate Church for deceased members of Waverley Parish or of other Catholic parishes when circumstances suggest.

St Nicolas' Anglican Church has been a cornerstone of the local community since its establishment in 1887. The original church was tragically destroyed by fire in 1905, but it was rebuilt in 1906 in the Gothic Revival style, featuring brick and sandstone construction. The church houses a historic 1885 George Fincham pipe organ, one of the few remaining original Fincham organs in New South Wales.

St Jude's Anglican Church forms a large oasis in the middle of Randwick and includes the historic St Jude’s Cemetery as well as ministers’ houses and the church itself. The graveyard is central to the English village charm of our parish site.  It is an historic place, which also continues to be available for new interments.  St Jude’s may be the last place in Sydney where a funeral procession can move from the church door directly to the church yard for the burial.
